Chinese partitioned box traditionally manufactured and handcrafted in Beijing, using the partitioned method, which is a technique for making enamel objects, very popular in China.

Our Chinese partitioned boxes are made of copper, on which metal strips are welded or glued to delineate the patterns (forming partitions), which are then filled with coloured enamel using a syringe. The object is then cooked and sanded.
