    This chumushi sencha green tea originates from Uji-shi City, Kyoto Prefecture, which is considered one of the best areas in Japan for the production of sencha and Japanese tea in general. Sencha is the most popular and consumed tea in Japan. Sencha chumushi is subjected to a steam bathlonger than most sencha soto stop the oxidation process, which makes it less bitter and sweeter.
